well beans are best when sauced up. egg yolks are best when sauced up. and there are veggie juicers that you can use in alcohol if you're really looking for the macrontrients in veggies or something.

whites of the egg carry more than half the protein content in an egg. beans are only good with other dishes, you don't have to worry about not liking beans by themselves unless you're scouring the mojave. and veggies are overrated anyway - rarely cooked well as is.
