The foil only helps them get over the stall, but if you aren't a fuckboi you can get them to 195 without the crutch. Beautiful smoke rings, delicious bark, moist and very tender. Even if you use foil, they'll still be on the smoker for 2-3 hours which is plenty of time to get a ring on there. Why do people love to assert themselves on topics they know nothing about?
