I'd like to make Natto myself and most instructions include keeping the beans warm at 40 degree celsius for a certain amount of time. They use a "food warmer" for that:

You can see it for example in this video at 1:06. Does anyone know how else this machine is called and where I could find it? Maybe someone even has experience with making Natto that they'd like to share.
