Homemade mayo, finely dice/sliced celery, green onion and garlic dill pickle, a little splash of pickle brine, lots of fresh cracked pepper and a little salt. Eat on crusty bread with lettuce, or on halves with sharp cheddar on top and baked until melted.

I love all brassicas, but broccoli is the best of the best. I can eat that shit on everything. It's my favourite pizza topping as well. Beef and broccoli is my favourite whinese food. Tempura broccoli is the food of the gods. Broccoli and cheddar soup is to fucking die for. I could go on forever.

Any and all veg you would normall serve with veggies and dip, I especially like broccoli. Almost any type of bread works too; pitas, baguette, sourdough, breadsticks, etc All types of crackers, lavash, pretzels. The possibilities are endless.

The important thing to remember is that there is no set recipe for what a burger is. There are salmon burgers, there are burgers stuffed with things, burgers with all sorts of weird shit mixed in, etc. So anyone trying to say what a burger is, or that your burger isn't a burger, is just blowing it out their ass.
