There is.

It's really just a variant on an icing piping bag.
You could make one out of any little plastic bottle and a fine-sized piping cone, just cut a hole in the bottle cap and put the cone through it, then squeeze the bottle to write.

It will take a little practice but not much. You just need to learn to use suction or gravity to pull the spice back from the tip when you "pen up".
