Get the fuck out of here bitch that's San Marzano tomatoes simmered all day. You made meat sauce. That's an entirely different dish. And your pics are so blurry no one can even tell what's going on.

Serious Memes got you covered, buddy.

It is quite expensive to make, more expensive than like Ragu or Prego or whatever cheap shit, but it is still cheaper than shit like Rao's, and tastes better.

4 28 oz cans crushed San Marzano tomatoes
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp butter
8 cloves garlic
1 sprig of basil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 carrot
1 onion

I think that's everything. Put it all together just right and you get...

This is the recipe I use and how it comes out.

It's all about using quality tomatoes. It won't be cheap, mind you. This recipe uses 4 cans of tomatoes and the good kind cost like $3-4 per can.

It still ends up being cheaper than "quality" jarred sauces and tastes way better.

Yeah you're just not doing that lol.

Ideally you're simmering it for an entire fuckin' day but even if you're half assing it, it still takes at least an hour.

Looks pretty bad. Try this recipe out it's pretty much foolproof, pic related.

The caveat is that it takes literally all day to cook.

I've made this a few times and it always comes out fucking perfect.

It says to use DOP San Marzano tomatoes but I found that Cento whole peeled tomatoes work just as well and are a bit cheaper.
