Thanks, that was after almost four hours of smoking uncovered, and another six hours in foil at 200`. The rub definitely gives it a great color,amost a shame to rip it up in to pulled pork.

Rubbed the meat down with mustard and a homemade rub, let it chill in the fridge for a day. Put it on the smoker last night and gave it about four and a half hours, temp was almost 140. Wrapped that shit up
