Fuck I miss my favorite one, $12 lunch buffet on the weekdays and I used to destroy the butter chicken, tandoori chicken, saag, and paneer and wash it down with mango lassi. Would go there with friends at least once a week, was actually pretty clean too.
They didn't make it through covid and a new indian place opened in the same location and they've had health violation after health violation.

Is it really that bad? For me it's always just been my parents my brother and my grandma sitting around our normal kitchen table with turkey.
It would be nice to have a lively thanksgiving just once.

He was always fine with pools, those were "white water". It was "blue water" that he was afraid of, i.e. ocean and big lakes.
He DOES have a video of him swimming in blue water though so that is still a conquered fear of his. I haven't really caught up on all of his achievements though, did he ever get over mirrors?

I used to go to Rally's (technically Checkers where I live) with my friends nearly every day in high school. We'd sit in the bed of my friends truck and just shoot the shit while eating, not a care in the world. I miss those days.
Also the food fucking sucked, it was ridiculously greasy even by fast food standards.

They were probably right but I still feel like I was robbed of my ice cream experience.
