meh. i dont really see why it would be better to shape your own taste and personality more. let the cards fall as they may, thats life, everyone is tugged along by invisible forces

I want to make a thai curry, which i usually do with chicken, but i feel like trying pork instead. What do you guys think is a good cut of pork for this? I dont want to spend all day stewing it, i usually just sear the chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.
