Liver.
I got unsolicited heckling once from a female cashier at the grocery store when I went to use the self checkout. She pranced right on over to poke her nose into what I was buying, and then proceeded to rant to me loudly about how she had tried liver and how it had been so bitter and nasty, and that clearly I must have been raised on it to like it. Too bad I was too shocked to tell that smug cunt that she was just preparing it improperly, but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Liver is so damn delicious when soaked in milk and eaten raw, too.

Can be something conventional like vegetables or kind of weird.

For me it's pic related. Though you have to freeze it for a week to remove any pathogens.
I thaw it in whole milk for a few hours, slice it up, and then eat it. The milk helps eliminate the iron flavor that people are put off by.
The flavor is quite enjoyable, and the texture is smooth and easy to chew unlike other raw meats. I'd almost compare it to fish.
