Hey /ck/ I'm a cooking newfag and I'd like your input.

I want to make some kind of simple stew with these ingredients: pork, potatoes, carrots, and beef broth.

What seasonings could I dump in there? Pic [hopefully] unrelated.

I just wanted to express excitement over this product I just discovered which recreates a snack I often had as a child. Unfortunately they don't make one with pear as the fruit, but what can you do.

im in the southwest, so tasty but lowbrow Mexican drive thru joints are all over the place, pretty much always staffed by Mexicans. there used to be one that was owned by a white trash family, and the food was correspondingly awful. the burrito I had was basically a white flour tortilla from the grocery store, the cheese fresh out of a similar bag, and the whole thing was cold except for the ground beef. the salsa was red watery diarrhea. i think it might have had lettuce fresh out of a salad bag. basically the kind of mexican food a white teenage boy in ohio might make and call cooking. place went out of business pretty quick and now hosts some Mediterranean joint that probably isn't gonna last either.
