Apparently "Almond Boneless Chicken" is something that began with Michigan area Chinese and is not a common item everywhere. I thought it was simply a Chinese staple.

It's basically fried chicken served with almonds and some kinda brown gravy you get at Chinese restaurants, apparently it's regional to Michigan Chinese restaurants, which is a shame cause it's delicious
