first cut up;
iceberg lettuce
bell pepper
onion
green onion
tomato
garlic
then shred cheddar cheese and heat refried beans while you saute onions, peppers and garlic

there is Serrano peppers sauteed in with the bell/onion and garlic. My first try at sauteing, came out good i think, new to actually cooking my own food
