Was very tasty.

I season before I put it in the bag. Brush off the spices before I sear/torch.
For chicken I dump all of the sauces in as well.

Also, if it's maximum pink you want for beef, sous vide is excellent.

Heres my flank at 58c-ish for like 50min.

I pan sear though. Should really buy a food torch.

Roomtemp, wash it clean and rub it in with spices.
Put into bag and throw into sous vide bath.
Let it rest for a bit once finished then sear on pan.
I do this for any cut when I cant start a grill outside.

I need to start taking more photos, I eat red at least oncea week after all.
