We typically have 4-5 'daily special' sushi rolls (our retarded Korean itamae literally takes all our 1 day old leftover ingredients and uses them) at the American sushi place I work at. They're awful, poorly thought out, shitty old ingredients. They wrap it in a big seaweed roll and have the audacity to charge 25 bucks for it. I think it's our hottest selling item no lie.
