Any recommendations for light, fruity/honey note oolongs available on Fullchea?

I use a temperature-controlled kettle to heat my water. I have a glazed pot and cups set. Always pre-rinse if necessary, check for the brew time, and proceed as I should. Always bitter or has 0 character traits other than toxic leaves, no matter how I experiment. What could be wrong? Too much tea? Bad vessels?

I used to like Burger Kings Tendercrisp sandwich alot. the BBQ Bacon one especially. The new one is shit and everything is expensive and I really have no reason to ever go now.
