Hello /ck/, I'm following this curry recipe and have in the past, but I don't have any curry blocks. I do however, have curry powder that I plan on using instead. But how much would be the proper amount? I don't want to use too much or too little.

Followed this recipe first time i ever made curry, pretty good, but agree with the posts above with maybe a few cups of liquid in, the curry didn't get outlandishly thick.
