I am going on a diet what are some distractions to not eat a lot or think about food?

For me the McChicken is the best fast food sandwich but I have to admit anonymously that Jack in the Box makes an unusually excellent value menu chicken sandwich. If I'm in a rare mood I will sometimes prefer it over a McChicken even though it isn't the true best fast food sandwich.

For me it is the value chicken sandwich. The best fast food sandwich.

Who makes the best value menu chicken sandwich? I'm not sure why but the cheap one from jack in the box really steals my wool. I think the mayo they use might be different but also I like the bread and chicken better than McDonald's or Wendy's.

Also jack in the box general I guess, nobody talks about it here. Cheap chicken sandwich is the GOAT, ultimate cheeseburger, monster tacos, sourdough jack, jumbo jack, curly fries, egg rolls, all good. I only like it when I'm drunk.
