Actually, not even that. I worked at Jet's Pizza for years and they got cheese in blocks and had to be shredded in store, but that doesn't matter does it? It's still shipped in from cooler trucks in plastic wrap. What do you think, that a pizzaria exists where people have a dairy farm in the back and actually make the cheese?
