Only one good thing came from these eggs, and that's this video of an amazing talking baby bird learning to cook

Gordon's egg recipe is pure bullshit, anyone else notice this?

>if you salt the eggs they will grey
What? What? You can salt scrambled eggs before they even hit the pan and they'll be fine

Gordon Ramsays eggs are bullshit, scrambled eggs can be cooked to perfection in under two minutes and be tender and soft, no milk or creme fraisch required, and no...adding salt before hand has NO effect whatsoever, not within two measly minutes, hell neither does adding pepper or any other seasoning

>pan, nice and hot on medium-medium high
>dump eggs in
>mix
>take on and off the heat if insecure about over cooking them while mixing
>shits done in under two minutes

Is this actually a good eggs recipe?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=602ZTXxgSXo

Adding cream to scrambled eggs, which are already cooked with butter, seems a bit extra....I mean it's not so hard to get soft creamy scrambled eggs on their own. What do you think? Is it worth it?
