No it doesn't you idiot. First off all all cultured meat requires animal derived medium, typically amniotic fluid or albumin. Muscle fibers don't just grow like your skin or liver. We have no way of creating organized striations of tissue or streaks of fatty marbling.

The current cutting edge is making thin swatches of jerky. I think we could make processed ground meat products and incorporate separately cultured fat for things like chicken nuggets, sausages, and burgers. There doesn't seem to be much market for it though as again it still requires animal derived growth medium.
