Nice man, good to see people making good shit on /ck/.
Here's a rack I made a while back. The bark wasn't the best, but damn they were tender and the smokey flavors were on point.

I have way more pictures of food I cooked than I thought. Here's some ribs I made a while back. They were so good.

Those look great anon. I need to get a cabinet smoker. I want to start making jerky. The one I currently have isn't up to the task.

God damn that looks good. I'm glad it's getting warm again. Can't wait to break out the smoker when I get home. Pic related is the last rack of ribs I made.

I'm looking forward to trying again. I know with a few tries I should be able to get it down. I was new to smoking at the beginning of last year, but I can make some damn good ribs, brisket and chicken now.

If you have the extra cash I honestly couldn't reccomend one more. Grilling is really fun and I've made some great food. Here's some ribs I make a few months back.

The little brisket was around 5 and half or 6 hours. The ribs are 3 hours, then wrapped in foil for 2 hours and then one more hour with the sauce in the last 30 minutes. I'd like to get a new grill soon. The pellet smoker I have is great for what it is but I want one of those big dick smokers that you see them use on tv.

I made yesterday. Smoked them for 6 hours. 4 hours unwrapped 2 hours wrapped. First 3 hours were relatively low temp.
The sauce is just stubbs mixed with worcestershire, drippings from the ribs, and some seasonings
