Soo.. I've been learning to cook. A couple of gripes and observations

1) there's no good pantry search, I tried the yummly one, and if you put "eggs" in any of them you'll get 4000 egg recipes but no actual "full" meals. Plus there's no way to filter much beyond that, i.e does the recipe have baking, or sous vide or minimum number of ingredients or min/max amount of meat ingredients etc.

2) Most recipes are "1 dish" which means you can't eat it the whole day. If you make like the BEST jerk chicken, it's still just jerk chicken. You can't just eat jerk chicken/1 main dish and bread the entire day. So what you have to do is pair different dishes, and that's hard. Plus, making a lot of different dishes requires buying a lot of different ingredients and figuring out the most efficient way to make those dishes.

3) The seemingly *really* good dishes require special equipment, techniques or ingredients. Or just a TON of ingredients.

it's the same batch of dough, didn't have time to make another

still has problems, but i made it thinner and brushed them down with things, which probably both contributed to the improvement

that and the minute-and-a-half broil at the end there
