>I really hate to be the one to break it to you pal, but, heh, you know those delicious lobsters you been eating? Yeah, those ones. Mmm, good, huh? Yeah, I bet you like em. I bet you love to chew em up and eat em. Well, heh, I don't know if you're gonna like this news, but uh, you might not be pleased to know that those delicious shellfish you were eating... ARE ACTUALLY SEA-BUGS. That's right - that's right - you've been eating insects this whole time! Yeah. Face it, you're eating bug guts, genius. Wait wait wait, let me guess: You like shrimp too? Well guess what, buddy!? THOSE ARE BUGS TOO! What next, are ya gonna eat some cockroaches? Oh, how about a delicious scorpion? Way to go, sheeple. Just keep eating bugs like idiots. I bet you've never even had a rare steak...
I can't be the only one who's sick of this. No one is surprised, no one gives a fuck. They're all arthropods, we get it. If roaches were big enough to season and steam up a batch of thick, meaty roach legs that you can crack open with your hands, I would watch that roach grow from a maggot into a giant monstrosity in a clean-ish farm, kill and cook it myself, and still eagerly dig into a big bucket of steamed roach legs and a slice of roach steak, if it tasted anything close to what lobster, crab, and shrimp taste like. (though it may not because living in the ocean is what gives that delicious saltiness)
