Having a bigger liver and ketosis have nothing to do with each other. They probably do have bigger livers, but the reason WHY you go into ketosis is because of a lack of carbohydrates.
They could have a liver the size of the empire state building, if they're living solely on fish and whale, they recieve 0 carbohydrates and thus can't leave ketosis.
This is probably the most retarded argument I've seen in the past month or so.
