As someone who has sprouted potatoes (before replanting obviously), what DOES happen when you add things normally composted to freshly changed water?

There is some satisfaction to doing things yourself instead of buying unripe produce from California that has little flavor, and utilizing what you have to create superior-quality products at home. This is not the sign of a decaying state (though it likely is decaying), but a sign of personal independence and responsibility.

High fat and carb based diet? Everything gets mixed and emulsified with olive oil, lard, or butter; then it's dipped in seasoned oil.

Fats have over twice the calories as carbohydrates or proteins, so blending your grains with oil and eating it with oil-rubbed bread isn't the best weight-loss program.
