See the thing is, I can't help but to feel this artsy bullshit came up, as an attempt to distance itself from America's large proportions. What they didn't realize, you don't have to use tiny proportions to make quality food. That being said, it also probably has something to do with price. In any case food like this is just as big a joke, as a 1$ McDonald's cheeseburger.
