So I made various pickled good and sell them at a local farmers market. Have a great time and generally meet a lot of kind folks.

I've been thinking of pivoting into something new and am having trouble deciding which direction I want to go.

Honestly baking is one of the big ones I've been thinking of. It's a hobby of mind and I've already build a proper bread oven in my back yard.

Another direction is quick cheese, but generally that's difficult. I know how to make it but storage and transport seem very difficult.

Both of these are a huge change from what I do currently and I fear isolating those who come normally.

Any advise?
