It doesn't matter how smart you are if you're too dumb to recognize that how you present yourself is how you'll be perceived, and you don't present yourself as any kind of superior.

You only see one missing word but you don't recognize how poorly the sentence flows even with that included, because English is as foreign to you as accepting when you don't know about something and somebody else clearly does, which is where this whole shitshow streamed out of in the first place.

how do you get crispy tso's chicken? I covered it with cornstarch and then fried it but then it ended up still being soft.

I ended up preparing it panfried without flour rather than soaked in oil so it's less fattening, but the crunch is the exact same (none at all).

do I just need more starch. should I add an egg wash and double layer starch it

I've made this a few times, and it usually turns out well, but last time it got fucked up hard -- the sauce didn't stick, and the breading fell off. I left it in the fridge all day coated in the corn starch, and I made a 1.5x recipe of the sauce. I think I did something else weird too, but I can't remember. Where did I mess up most?

What is your opinion on this recipe? I've been having some issues with the breading and am wondering if I should add an egg or two to the chicken marinade before breading. Opinions?

I wanted to try Genreal Tso's Chicken for a while becuase I think it looks delicious.
But none of the "Chinese" restaurants in my area sell anything related. Only fried noodles with this and fried noodles with that.
So I wanted to make my own, is pic related a good recipe? Would substitute the sugar with honey and some orange juice, but is the rest ok? Or can you suggest another one?
