I let dough ferment covered in my microwave for about 4 or 5 days as an experiment. It was a small amount, about half the size of my palm when balled up. I rolled it out and made a small pizza with it.

Am I going to be okay? A little worried. Botulism is mostly found in improperly preserved or canned foods, right? This dough smelled like alcohol, but had no visible mold spots. It was just very dry on top. It didn't taste "off" but it had a pretty bad texture.
