Anon, you CAN if you want.
Buy a turkey deep fryer, or just the fire ring.
110k BTU and just cook on it outside. The beauty of stirfry is that you prep all the ingredients beforehand since it all gets cooked so fast.
I've been doing this for years now, and pan fried noodles this way are impossibly good while being super cheap.

Tons of good stir fries can be made vegetarian. Extra firm tofu is not even that bad if you prepare it right.

Just eat stir fries that occasionally have a bit of meat in them so you still get decent nutrition. You can make a stir fry with only 2-3 single vegetables. Stir fry is always tasty too

I ate almost nothing but a chicken stir fry with the curry sauce from this image for years. Get the good curry paste with the shrimp in it. What are you planning on eating your stir fry over? If you still want to eat rice then go with brown but make sure you start the rice first because brown rice takes FOREVER to cook.

I’m sure you’ve gotten some answers by now, but here’s another suggestion: stir fry
You can make it pretty healthy if you aren’t retarded, and the chicken is typically cooked with sauce so even if you somehow manage to overcook the fuck out of it, it should be okay. Just remember the smaller you cut the pieces (with anything, really) the faster the cook time.

There’s a ton of these that are pretty easy to get started.
Grilled sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, salads, chorizo (for burritos), quesadillas, etc are all very easy to make (and you’ll get better with experience).
The next step is to make things like soups/stir fry, both of them are relatively easy, you just need a solid recipe to practice and you’ll soon understand what you’re actually doing.
From there, making your own sauces (pasta sauce, béchamels, etc) are all fairly easy but require a bit of practiced understanding of cooking to make good. It’s easy to make, just not easy to make good, you understand?
Baking is the hardest thing to into, but one thing I found super easy for my first time was pretzels. You could also try making simple biscuits and use them to enhance your soup. I know it’s a meme, but Townsends is actually a very good channel for learning to make simple breads and soups.
Other than that, go to local book stores (post-quarantine) and look for cookbooks. Occasionally you can find some old gems with plenty of recipes and ideas to get you started, especially if you find a soup/baking cookbook.

Here you go fren, this might look hard but I promise it’s very easy, just read the directions. If you don’t have everything it’s fine, you’ll still have edible food, it’ll just teach you what the difference is when you have everything versus less than everything.
