Is that herbes de provence?
Would not recommend smoking it, the lavender gave me headaches for a week. Good condiment, though.

You can use it to season steak, fish, poultry and game. Or you can add it to your red sauce, say, an all’arrabbiata, or - because why not - add some of it to your sauce bernaise. You can thank me later.
