Some other people have said similar things, but what you're looking for is posca. In a glad, put a teaspoon or so of honey, sugar, or sweetener of your choosing, a pinch of salt, 1-3 oz. of red wine vinegar (or balsamic, if you fancy it), mix well, then fill the glass up with cold water or sparkling water, if you have it. Super refreshing and much healthier than Gatorade.
