Probably but it's a family resippy (classic wypipo in the 60s thinking they're making exotic food)

I call it "shikken huang"

the original recipe calls for marinating the wings and baking them with globs of the sauce on top but it's mushy an gross. I marinate the wings in a small amount of the sauce for a good 8 hours ot make sure they're salt brined properly, bake ttill crispy, an then toss in the thick reduced glaze at the end
