What are you disregarding it for exactly? Because the guy was honest in saying that the two studies aren't designed exactly the same? It's still the only diet shown to reverse heart disease. Here's a randomized controlled trial showing the same

I have no problem with meat-eaters too, as long as they don't act like publically voicing an opinion that's different from their's should be illegal, or that discussing the recognized health benefits of a plant-based diet is an affront to their whole way of life.
