The consensus is that the high end model or the super low end model are both excellent choices. I have the cheapy $20 and it is fantastic. I don't have to watch the stove and can focus on cooking or other things I need to be doing. I find them way more useful than most other appliances.

I like butter chicken as it is quick and easy enough for an instant pot. The hardest part is doing the spice calculus. I make keema matar a lot and have started exploring using different meats and veg. Fav so far is adding ground sausage to the mince, large diced carrots, and Yukon gold potatoes. Mountain of cilantro on everything.

Nutrient density vs. caloric intake. I don't follow this strictly myself as I find it a waste of time. But one example would be removing egg yolk in eggs to increase the amount of protein while reducing the total amount of calories. When you are trying to cut down and need to retain gained muscle this is one technique.

I do a long term maintenance diet or a reconditioning diet. I try to stay consistent and if I feel I need to dial it down or up in any given week I do. It is more important to work on "cleaning" up a diet than it is to get finnicky over minor caloric differences in cuts of meat. Fine tune that later.

Keema matar except I use half/half Italian sausage and ground beef. On leg day I'll fry some store bought naan in butter. Serve with basmati rice. Also will make rice during the week and crack some eggs on top of the rice mixed with leftovers.

Probably my favorite gainz meal.
