I had a much easier time beating the addiction to sugar by fasting for 84 hours then coming back to food without sugar in it. I had a fucking horrible headache on day 2 but after that my cravings for sugar were more or less gone. Just have to be mindful of what you eat from then on or the addiction might weasel its way back in - sugar is put in EVERYTHING. I advise you learn to cook and eat a whole foods diet, make everything you can from scratch and/or eat raw veggies and fruits.

Btw fruits are mostly okay (in moderation) because they have fiber, slowing the liver's absorption of the sugar, moderating the energy release and preventing the conversion into fat. Don't go overboard though or you might get sucked back into the white stuff.

Good luck, OP, and to anyone else who makes an effort to take back their dietary autonomy.

It was never good, dumdum.
Far be it from me to defend the zoomers but they're definitely creating at least as much OC as the oldfigs were back in the day.

id be worried how they keep food warm, at a safe level, not to mention they dont know proper food handling practices. also, they probably dont bring in much cash. their sources for the food isnt an establish food distributor or cash and carry store, like jetro where you need a business license to shop and shit is sold in bulk, more so than costco at a nice price. they probably buy all the ingredients at local grocery stories. be sure to use NSF approved equipment

if you have access(like if you know a guy with restaurant) to a food distributor like sysco, or PFG, or a cash and carry store. it may be worth it.

food-borne illnesses are a legitimate concern, be careful
