>Be making homemade stock
>leave it simmering on low overnight
>unforseen circumstances
>Have to leave the house for about 7 hours at 7am
>turn off stove
>leave it out
>come back
>bring to rolling boil
>simmer for another 4 hours

Am I going to die from botulism or something if I use this stock? Or did the re-boil kill whatever potential bad things were in it from leaving it out?
