He drowned for the views. Heartbreaking, but at the same time he died doing what he loved. People could hear him screaming as he was unable to get up from the ice water. He was sadly rescued too late.

RIP Apetor

It's pretty interesting that you too have many dialects and it makes a lot of sense since you too have a very mountainous country. Dialects are fun and I like that if I drive an hour from any place then people speak different. One time I unironically had to speak english with a fellow Norwegian because he had such a weird and different dialect and he also mumbled a little

>I had one growing up but I never used it, preferred a knife for shaving thin slices of cheese.
Why did you prefer a regular knife? To me it is 10 times as easy and fast to use a cheese slicer than a knife to slice cheese

Here's a fun fact about liquor in Norway:

In Norway, alcoholic beverages that contain more than 22% alcohol, like whisky, vodka etc, is called "brennevin" which directly translate to "burning wine". Another not so fun fact is that you can only buy it in government shops that is called "vinmonopolet" which translates to "The Wine Monopoly". Everything stronger than 4.7% is only allowed to be sold in the wine monopoly, even beer.

Post fun facts about food and beverages or anything related ples
