Got two bags of the individual ones from a discount grocery and almost ate one bag in a sitting by accident. Just a perfect crisp with a little dark chocolate, it's too good. KitKats are a close second.

Breakfast: Half a blueberry waffle with peanut butter and syrup, 2 pieces of bacon, several cups of black coffee.
Lunch: A small bowl of leftover posole from the tasty Mexican joint I ate at yesterday.
Snack: A gin and tonic after making Lemon Bars.

Overall, a pretty cozy Sunday. Pesto penne and garlic bread on the menu for dinner.

But it kills me to have to need another $$$ piece of equipment in my cramped kitchen, along with the sous vide, rice cooker, toaster, convection oven, blender, microwave, kettle...

I might look into getting my coffee preground by a roaster with fresh beans and a $$$ grinder.. If I can find one that is.

From a chick's perspective, I love cooking spaghetti with my husband. It's simple, both can be involved with the prep, and pop a bottle of wine for romance.
