He's a complete failure at everything he does. He started a YouTube channel years ago to essentially advertise his BBQ sauce. Problem is he initially was very sincere and tried hard when producing content, so it tended to make up for his severe lack of knowledge and skills. Like he can't get basic shit right i.e. cooking times and temps. Pic related.

As time went on he got lazier with shorter videos, he's been exposed, will delete content (canning episode ), and after TEN YEARS he still does the same stupid shit and same stupid mistakes.

He's a walking disaster and provides content for days.
