Oh and your supplements were most likely made with ingredients harvested from animal parts.

I'd rather have the one that comes from a resource that provides more than just food.

Use the beans to feed the chickens and the cows. Also, you would still have to consume supplements to compensate for a lack of potent B12 and other essentials.
