Now that I'm out of uni and have a real job, I eat fish 5+ times a week.

Pic is some spicy catfish. Usually get salmon or catfish, but sometimes I try stuff like halibut, wolffish, rainbow trout, etc. I moved from up near Chicago to Georgia, so I'm a lot closer to the ocean, but I do miss the fresh lake perch from Lake Michigan.

I like to take frozen mixed veggies, sautee/lightly brown them in butter, and mix into some rice, and top with two eggs and some hot sauce. I season the veggies with garlic salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and hot madras curry powder.

Shit's fire.

I make the same veggie rice when I make fish, like this spicy catfish

Just got a job after uni and I've allowed myself a budget of around 400 a month, which leaves room for going out/delivery and a few fast food lunches at work if I haven't gone shopping in a while. I eat fresh fish 2-4 times a week, and it's a lot more enjoyable than my typical budget of about 60-100 bucks every 2 weeks while I was in uni. pic related, tonight's dinner of spicy catfish
