What's a good stand mixer and food processor. I want to use them both for pastries, so far I have being using a hand electric mixer for my home-baking and it is hell, I see that now is the time for me to get a Stand Mixer, then a food processor for more niche applications. I was going to go for Kitchen Aid but I realized that it was a self-imposed monopoly, I think there should be better stuff at a better price, so I wonder what I should get instead. I would want a semi-profesional mixer since I do sometimes produce for a lot of people, but I still must keep in mind that I am working on my house's kitchen
