A good grass-fed ribeye is close enough to be almost imperceptible to anyone (with regards to marbling and quality of the meat). Especially so if the meat is FRIED, COATED IN TOMATO SAUCE, AND FUCKING PUT BETWEEN BREAD.

The whole point of wagyu is to enjoy how the massive amounts of fat get rendered. The sandwich is too medium rare for the fat to be at all tasteful or enjoyable. You can see it in the cross section. It's a pointless preparation.
