did keto from the 26th of january to now. I'd eat 3 eggs and 5 strips of bacon every day at 12-2 pm, then eat some sort of protein for dinner. Pork rind fried pork or chicken was one of the better ones, along with fathead pizza and burgers from five guys.

Breakfast: One fried egg over easy, one piece of fruit (usually apple or banana), black coffee

Lunch: Leftovers or soup if I have any. Otherwise a can of beans. One piece of fruit. Today I an having some beef stir-fry leftover from last night.

Dinner: Varies. Tonight it's lentil curry. Tomorrow I'm going to have sausage and baked potato because it's simple to prepare and I will likely be drunk.

typical day:
5:00 AM- black coffee, two pieces of toast, orange
10:00 AM- 16oz gatorade at work'
12:00- lunch, pulled pork or burger, or turkey sandwich, cheetos, a few chips ahoy cookies, coca-cola, 32oz water
2:00-4:00pm another 32oz water (i do labor frequently)
5:30pm- dinner with family- a frequent meal for us is grilled chicken with roasted or steamed veggies, baked potato and sometimes a soup or stew.
6:45PM- I am a fiend for chocolate milk so i drink it usually 2-3 times a week. 16oz
8:30PM- carbo load- pasta al dente, usually without dressing or sauce.

I do construction so i've tailored my diet to give me energy/regulate my shit schedule so i dont have to use the porta potty at work. I shit routinely at 5:15 am and 5:00pm, so consistently that I can literally nail the time almost all of the time.
Its almost grilling season too, so I'm excited to get out and make some steaks.

lunch: feta cheese and pig ham sandwich (not the bs assembly line slices of ham) made in a press
supper: soups, maybe tripe soup, or vegetable stew with cuts of veal
dinner: polenta with a crumbly or soft cheese, a side of veal cuts, and a cup of kefir or wine

Breakfast: 2 slices of thick wholewheat toast w/ butter, 5 eggs scrambled, one large bowl of porridge. All washed down with tea/coffee and a pint of milk.

Post-Workout Snack (only on days I workout): A banana and a chocolate bar.

Lunch: Protein shake and a sandwich (usually peanut butter and honey)

Dinner: Been eating a lot of stir fries recently, always beef and rice, don't bother with vegetables because that shit's GAY.

Desert (only on days I workout): Ice-cream :-)

Lunch is probably my most inconsistent, sometimes I get so caught up in whatever it is I'm doing that I forget to eat it. But I am a strong proponent of breakfast being the most important meal of the day, if I get a big breakfast down me (even if I don't want to) then my day just goes by better.

Use yogurt or probiotic and protein to regulate your shitter. Fiber intake and veggies can help with the content of the turds. The time of day you eat the yogurt will determine when you finish digesting it, you’ll have to play around with it, and how much yogurt it takes to make you squirt slugs.
