the label lists ingredients in order by volume. tabasco is mostly vinegar and water. its the least peppery of all hot sauces. louisiana has peppers higher up. bottle is 3 feet from me, im too lazy to actually list the order. peppers have flavor, bitches. enjoy it, its not just the heat.
