Tell me about your culinary dreams /ck/. I want to know about that restaurant you have always wanted to start. I want to know about that one dish you want to be able to make absolutely perfectly. His wife found out and is divorcing him. I give it 8 months and its over. Pretty sad we put in a lot effort and have great reviews

I spent about a week around the new year in Osaka and had a bunch of okonomiyaki.

I'm not a chef or even particularly interested in owning a restaurant, but I feel like okonomiyaki could really catch on if introduced in the right city(cities?) in the US. I'm honestly surprised it isn't a thing already, considering how popular ramen has become.
