Im im the middle of buying a house and searcing for one. Any time it says wheelchair acessible or has a wooden ramp attached anywhere, the house is officially off limits to buy. Disabled people are gross and they dont take care of their things because they just physically cant. Half the time the house needs to be completely gutted and the stench is terrible
