got mine in last week, its pretty damn good. i saw some pics where it looks like a mayo but its not that way it all.
not all that hot really, you could douse food pretty good with it, so far ive used in chili, steak, tri tip, and pizza. id say give it try, has a good tex mex flavor.

I've tried mine with the recommended foods (pizza, tacos, chicken) and it doesn't seem to work better than any other sauce. They have a beer recipe on it where you just add it to beer, but I don't really want to waste a beer trying it. Vark is weird, it's pretty fucking tasty by itself, but it just doesn't go well with much of anything to me.

I made pizza by taking a kroger brand cheese pizza and putting king oscar anchovies on it. After I ate some I put the rest in the fridge. I reheated it by putting it on the bottom rack of my oven with the broiler on for about six or so minutes. I then took a few squirts of secret aardvark and spread it over the pizza with a knife.

It was really tasty. That's all I've ever used it for though.

Tobasco is pretty much everywhere. It's probably more popular in the south however since it's from Louisiana. But i'll repeat, it's not even the best hot sauce from Louisiana. It's ok

Dirty Dick's had too strong of a raisin flavor for my liking, but is otherwise a very good sauce. I found mixing Pickapeppa sauce with something hot made a similar tasting sauce but even better than Dick's.
